Our Low Pressure Multiple Water Frow Washing machine can wash inside the mold piping with water & air, because "Cavitation" can be generated efficiently. Cavitation causes peeling of scale/rust/silica/mud by large impact force.
We have installed technology to control the cavitation force to a level that can be rubbed with a wire brush, making it possible to remove scale/rust/silica/mud efficiently without damaging the mold.

Our Low Pressure Multiple Water Frow Washing machine takes longer to clean than some chemical washing machines. For example, it takes 8 to 24 hours for red rust and 24 to 48 hours for silica to completely remove the sediment in the water pipe, but unlike when chemicals are used, the cleaning can be interrupted and moved into production. Therefore, it is possible to remove the sediment in the water pipe by splitting it up into short flushes, so that you won't feel the time disadvantage. Since it does not melt the material of the water pipe, it is possible to maintain the cooling and temperature control performance of the new water pipe easily if it is washed for about 15 minutes every day as a preventive maintenance like brushing teeth. Moreover, compared to ionic (magnetic, electrode, etc.) cleaning, it is also possible to clean substances that cannot be ionized. For example, even if the water pipe is blocked by sand, sealing tape, resin pieces, chirico, etc., it can be easily cleaned in a short time because it is a physical cleaning method.
